ASTRONOMY FOR EVERYONE! BRINGING THE SKY TO THE WORLD
WELCOME
Throughout its half-century-long history, IPS has not yet hosted a conference in Russia. We have the honor of suggesting St. Petersburg as a venue for the IPS 2022 Conference.
Planetarium 1 is participating in the competition for the holding of the 26th IPS conference in 2022.
Over the last decade the network of planetariums in Russia has expanded, thus successfully solving the issue of improving astronomical education and enlightenment. The conference in Russia will undoubtedly help to establish IPS's creative contacts with all the planetariums of the Eurasian continent, the involvement of new members in IPS and significant progress in the educational mission of planetariums.
